Gerardo did an EXCELLENT job. He was punctual, did an outstanding job, and we now have BEAUTIFUL carpeting/padding. We couldn't be happier.

Gerardo and his partner came in on time and worked non stop all day. They where very professional and did a great job in the kitchen and the living room. Gerardo came back on Monday to pick his payment when he found a blemish. I was not concerned but he offered to fix it.

Project went as expected. Arranged project with Gerardo, tenant & myself. Gerardo did an excellent job installing flooring and keeping to the agreed schedule so that there is minimal interference with the tenant.
