Fair. I decided to test two re-finishers by giving them one chair each. The owner picked up the chair from my home. They stripped and refinished the chair, although they did not re-glue it. The stain does not match the original mahogany, although that was specified. The price was 33% more than the competitor that I ended up giving the job to.
