It went well. They fit me into their schedule quickly and arrived on time. They were attentive, but got the job done quickly. I have seen cheaper quotes, but their minimum was also low and I only needed my love seat cleaned.

In the probably 10 years that I've used Fred's, they have cleaned carpets, furniture, and even some large pillows. Always a stellar cleaning job, always on-time and polite techs (the SAME tech does the work, year after year -- shows me that Fred is likely a quality employer ...). The carpets are a bit damp for 24 hours -- and you need to be careful not to wear street shoes for that period of time -- makes sense to me. In my most recent project, Fred's cleaned a large, inexpensive area rug purchased from Home Goods about 10 years ago. I thought I'd have to discard the carpet and try to find a new one in the same perfect color (difficult) -- not so! -- The carpet has a new lease on life because Fred's cleaning process just WORKS !. Fred always does follow-up calls to check on quality. Kudos to him for that.

Fred and his assistant arrived promptly and did the work quickly and efficiently.  They have a truck which  takes the dirty water out of your house by a hose, so there is nothing messy at all.  The furniture looks appreciably better.  Will certainly call them again!

They were fantastic! They called me when they were on their way and told me what time they would be here, and showed up right on time. They were kind, courteous, and professional. They worked h****** some stains and cleaned everything up really nicely. Fred was very concerned about my satisfaction, and called me the next day to make sure that I was pleased with his work. I couldn't be happier with his service.

We have used Fred's for 10+ years, they always to excellent work. Carpets, Area Rugs & Furniture were done today.

Scheduling an appointment with Fred was very easy and he worked the time around my schedule.  His workmen did an excellent job cleaning my significantly stained carpets.  I will definitely use Fred's Carpet Cleaning and Furniture Cleaning again and will recommend the company to others.

fred the owner is very good at what he does he was very responsive to my first call for a appointment came 2 days early which was fine for me also brought his helper mike and cleaned my chairs in a little over an hour, did a fantastic job turned out better than i thought it would and i"m a very fussy person a few days later fred called and wanted to came back out and connect the theater chairs they all clip together and i found 1 spot on the kithen chairs he cleaned the first time and took care of the spot at the same time. i will for sure use him again, he goes the extra mile an then some. and his helper mike who did most of the work, really tries to please the customer and he did for sure very impressed with this company

After a prompt response over the phone followed by an estimate at our residence,  Fred's crew should up as promised and did an excellent job of cleaning the carpets throughout our house;  2 bedrooms, hallways, 2 sets of stairways, dining room, living room, family room,and basement rec room.  All were cleaned perfectly and with a minimum of soaking which allowed for short drying times. Even our 30 year old  Marshall Field's $$$$$$ carpet came out looking new in the living room, dining room and stairhall!        Outstanding work performed be a professional crew!

They're clean, timely, and reasonably priced.  They do quality work.  The manager always calls to check to see how the workers are performing.

They got the stains out that other cleaners had not gotten out. They did a good job.

This is a great company as they were given only one day to have these carpets cleaned as we were on a very tight schedule.  Our previous tenant moved out on 5/1 and our new tenant was moving in on 5/4.  Painting was being done on 5/2, which meant the Friday 5/3 was the only day that was available to clean the carpets and stairwells.  Fred called me the day before and asked if I minded being the first customer being serviced on 5/3 - man, that was music to my ears.  They arrived at 8:30am and within an hour, they had completed the 4 rooms and all stairs.  I immediately hired them to clean my two recliners which they completed in about 15-20 minutes.  They were so professional and polite that it almost didn't seem like they were here at all.  I would definitely highly recommend this company without hesitation.  Great job and kudos to Fred's Carpet Cleaning. 
I also noticed that they were in a lot of the Angie Lists' catalogs, except for the most recent one.  They had received several Angie Lists awards and now they are no longer in your book.  Why?  What happened that they are no longer listed? 

I am in real-estate so I don't know what goes on this carpet. I really thought I was going to have to rip it up and put in hard ware flooring. He got it clean enough that he saved me two thousand dollars. He is amazing. I have used him for twenty years. He picks up the phone himself, it's his business, and he treats me like I treat my clients. I have no hesitation recommending him.

Fred's did a very nice job. They were neat, efficient, professional, they showed up when they said they would, and the quality of their services was very good. I highly recommend Fred's.
