They are very reliable and trustworthy guys. They have been around for 30 years and I have never had a problem with their service.

Very professional and customer service is without a doubt the best I've ever experienced. I was told ahead it might be a more expensive procedure but they ended up fixing the problem with just the appropriate procedure. It was far less than I estimated and my car is running perfectly. I HIGHLY recommend this auto service. It can be intimidating looking for one you can trust considering the exploitation and just sloppiness I've encountered elsewhere. But Pong's Imports and USA is without a doubt highly trustworthy, friendly and very professional. Also if you're a veteran or military ask for Bob. They do right by America's servicemen/women.

I am satisfied with their service. They outlined all the technicality of the car and different options. They detailed what was safety-related and what had to be taken care of right away as well as what needed to be done in the future. That was very helpful. They did a good job on servicing the car. We feel that the car was serviced correctly.

I have been to Pong for every issue on my 2003 Accord. They are honest, reliable and extremely reasonable. They are the only car repair service I trust.

I never had one issue with them ever and i took my 1997 Acura Integra to them for everything for nearly 10 years.

They came to our home to replace the battery so that we could get the car into their repair facility. They have been servicing this vehicle since it has been out of warranty for any all service and repairs.

We worked with Pong's brother, Lee, who was both friendly and professional. We had earlier taken the car (2001 Audi A6 Turbo with manual transmission) to the dealer when the steering was sticking; they estimated $3800 in repairs. We then took it to Pong's, where they determined that most of the work the dealer recommended was incorrect. They determined the true cause of the problem, repaired it promptly and completely, and showed us the damaged parts that were removed. The car drives like a dream. We highly recommend them.

Their prices are much more reasonable than a dealership. They'll do me favors and little extra things. They help out.
