I brought the car in and they checked it over. They gave me an estimate and gave me a date to leave it with them. I brought it in on Monday and the job was completed by Friday, the same week. They did an excellent job and I was very pleased. Every adult I spoke with was professional and courteous.

The customers was lacking. They didn't explain what they were doing. I thought I had to be more involved then I should have been.

I discovered that someone had broken into and vandalized my car one December morning in 2009. While I broken window was obvious, the fact that the vandal attempted to pry the lock/handle away from the body of the vehicle was not. While I immediately had the window fixed, upon my discovery of the body damage, I knew I needed to report the claim. Frank's is one of the preferred body shops of the insurance company so I arranged to have the work done. They had to order parts so I could not drop my car off until after the holidays (dropped it off on 1/4) and the car was ready in around a week's time. They did great work and during the inspection, Frank even noticed that the window frame had been damaged, too, so the insurance carrier added this to the list of repairs.

They were great and I felt like they were really honest. They didn’t charge me to check my car. They only charged me for the gas cap. I really like them. They looked at all of my brakes, not just the one that I wanted checked out. The pads were not flush, they were at an angle. That is what caused all of the damage in the back. He fixed them so they were flush and told me I was fine. He didn't charge me for that. They are fast.
