They took the time to discuss options face-to-face, so there was a personal touch to the project. I would use them again in the future if necessary.

They did a fine job. As asked, they gave me the old frame, should I need it to get my reimbursement from the original framer. The piece is 49 x 34 in., and they charged me $233 (framing only; no matting, glass, etc.). Is this a good price? I have no idea.

1. Wonderful! The selection of frames and mat colors can be overwhelming. What is neat is the basic black metal frames which are very cheap! While I was able to use this frame, the dimensions, layout and matting drove up the cost. Still, most other shops wanted at least $200 to complete the project instead of $160. I was able to walk in and review the work and pick up my framed item. 2. They went the extra mile when the glass was damaged in between the time I inspected the finished product and actually picked it up a few days later. I returned and Foursided gladly replaced the glass at no extra charge and the item was available the next day!
