Answered my initial call and provided cost information. Arrived on agreed upon day. Cleaned windows and gutters quietly and efficiently. Remembered to take off shoes when working indoors. Cleaners were pleasant and anxious to know whether there were any places we were dissatisfied.

This is the second time that I have used Four Seasons for window cleaning. The team is friendly and efficient. Good quality work and pleasant service - I would recommend them to anyone looking for window cleaning services.

Arrived promptly with 2 people instead of promised three. However, the cleaners took direction, asked questions, checked back in with me, and finished promptly. The cleaning job could have been a bit more thorough but is was acceptable. I have used other companies who do a better job, but that are not as easy to work with or as reliable.

They do a very professional job. They are very thorough and meticulous. Everything looks wonderful after they have been there. They have 3 gentleman that do the work and they take about 1 hour per unit. They will also fix the pulleys on the older windows if need be for an extra cost. They have been late a few times but do good all around quality work.
