Mark was very personable and easy to work with. He had lots of ideas. He was always on time. He was trustworthy and careful. He handled all permits etc. in a timely fashion.

Mr. Foster was a terror to work with. He put a lien on our house and he was paid for his work. After hiring him he made racist comments and had a nasty attitude. The workers did a poor job and when we told him about it, he took a long time to send someone out to fix it.
