We had changed our mind about putting our home on the market before any of fsbo's services were provided and before MLS had listed us as part of the service.
Now we are out $700.00 and have been treated with rudeness and crudeness. In my opinion we are victims of misrepresentation done with elaborate legal detail that is not clearly provided to potential buyer's of services from this company. The 28 page Terms and Conditions are written in heavy legalese, and the no recourse to management policy are indicators that complaints like mine are common and never honored.
