Drain Cleaning
WE HAD FLOODING FROM THE 8/3/03 HAIL STORM. 6 INCHES OF STANDING WATER IN A 5 ROOM BUNGALOW BASEMENT. THE COMPANY WAS RECOMMENDED BY OUR PLUMBER. WE CALLED AT 7:30AM, AND THE ANSWERING MACHINE PICKED UP AND GAVE A CELL PHONE NUMBER FOR EMERGENCIES. THEY ANSWERED THE CELL PHONE AT ANOTHER FLOODING EMERGENCY AND 2 MEN ARRIVED 2 HOURS LATER. THEY POWER RODDED 100 FEET IN LENGTH FROM THE YARD TO THE STREET. BROKE THROUGH THE TREE ROOTS AND WATER DRAIN IN MINUTES. IT WAS A 2 MAN CREW. THEY TOOK A CHECK.
