It was very difficult Lots of Speedbps changing passwords etc maybe was the first time for them on direct tv probably need the adapters on the smart tvs

Ralph was very kind and professional! He got the work done and done right. I had a bad ceiling speaker wire and he was able to install a new one without the need to tear the wall or ceiling apart.

The team was thorough and naturally confident and focused on the task. Together the exemplified perfection in communicating the process with me and left out no details. When options were considered they were solid in their respective decisions and I noticed the two workers hands on each working well together. They were both responsible and respectful and expressed a desired interest in genuinely understanding the work that they proposed. My Wonderful telecommunication and IT vendor, Flowing Through Connections, Inc. They are the best. They have very recently helped me move my office (for the 3rd time) in coordinating, cabling, installing and setup of my VoIP, network, fax and Internet service. In all my office moves Flowing Through Connections was there for me. They provided excellent and courteous service. Their knowledge in their field demonstrated professionalism in the service provided. I highly recommend them.

The technician was extremely patient and very knowledgeable. He guided me through every step of the installation process. I was able to set up each product accordingly. The technician was very informative on explaining and helping me understand what each product's purpose was. The technician went over all the details ie. Rebooting, adding additional products to my current system and offered alternatives. He assisted me with synchronization with my network as well. I absolutely loved the fact that he answered all of my questions and was always available to respond with a phone call back. Communication between him and I was absolutely perfect. The follow up phone call to make sure my system was functioning well and to make sure I felt confident is something I will never forget! Flowing Through Connections ran my network cables for the different locations. They provided the faceplates and jacks for connections. Tested all network lines to ensure that the cables were working end-to-end. They added a network switch to accommodate all network connections. Tested the internet connection assuring that it was working appropriately. Added the Wifi access points for wireless connections. And, most importantly, helped troubleshoot with Xfinity technicians for troubleshooting.
