.It was a typical experience where they wanted us to buy the car today, we were not going to buy the car that day. It was the whole nine yards, I think we got a very good price. But at the same time it was going through the whole process. This is our second time going through them.

It's auto sales. They did negotiate the price with me; they came down on the price.

I have 3 oil changes for a certain price. They're great, I don't have a problem with them. They have a great shuttle service, they'll drop you off downtown so you don't have to sit around for hours you can go downtown shopping and they'll come get you when they're done or whenever you want. Pricing I guess it's at a dealer so I guess it’s an A you know dealers are always more expensive than if you go someplace else it’s what you can expect from a dealer. On quality, it's great that's why I keep going back. On responsiveness oh they're great everything's an A for them. Oh they're wonderful. Uh the oil change itself I would take a wild guess maybe like an hour, 45 mins if that's all their doing. Usually I have the car I'll shampoo it or someone else does.

I called initially to see if this repair would be covered. They told me that they couldn't tell me over the phone without examining the vehicle. I was therefore prepared to get the run around when I went to the dealer.
But, in fact, they were fantastic and exceeded my expectations. William assured me that they could take care of it, it would be covered under the warranty and they'd have the car washed and ready when I returned at 2:30. Picking up the vehicle was very easy and there is no noise coming from the blower. Very pleased with their service and professionalism.

They drove me to work. Repairs were done by the end of the day. Service was excellent. Everything was covered by warranty.

The service done on the car was excellent. The price was typical of a car dealership, which means more expensive then independent auto shops. I had a significant issue with the customer service specialist on the phone because he was not clear in the costs of all the services that I wanted to done. I was made to believe the cost was $950, but when I got the bill, it was approximately $1500. However, the manager took care of it, and only charged me what had been quoted. So, I deeply respect this auto shop for making amends immediately.

I needed an oil change, and my Honda Civic was long past due for a dealer recall item. I made an appointment with Fletcher Jones over the phone. The agent was helpful and thoughtful. My car was promptly checked-in at 5pm. They offered a choice of a shuttle within a few mile radius, or a CTA pass. (They are close to Red line Chicago station.)

At 8:30 am the next morning, the car had been checked over, and the oil change and recall service completed. I had asked for a full systems check, and they found several other things that could be maintained while the car is in the shop. The agent was clear and explained what needed to be done. However, I was shocked by the price. I usually had this type of work done at the Honda Service Center back in Virginia. The quotes today were twice what I paid *at the other Honda Service Center*. Even though I'm not particularly price-sensitive, I'll have to take the car elsewhere at these rates.

One of the recommended maintenance items was rear brakes replaced, and it was obvious that both headlights were out after the first maintenance. Later that day, I took the car to a national chain brake repair shop at LaSalle and Grand (in the same high rent district). They charged me a third of the Fletcher Jones estimate to replace the headlights. They said that the brakes would not need to be replaced any time soon (I drive less than 8,000 miles per year). There were a couple of other minor maintenance suggestions by Fletcher Jones, which the second garage also said they didn't have trouble with.

I didn't realize it, but now I know that Fletcher Jones is a national-chain luxury car dealer. It's not the appropriate place to take my 10+ years old Honda Civic, that I intend to keep for the next 10 years.

I hadn't heard of the place before this visit but their price was great. Also the quality of the vehicle was really good and I've found no fault with the car since I bought it. I went there about 11 in the morning and drove the car home the same day with financing and everything. They got it approved very quickly and got the registration and plates without a big hassle. They were also really nice, friendly and helpful.

Contacted Fletcher Jones after several less than satisfying searches on other dealerships. Stephen was very helpful, professional, and respective of my timing and questions. We went back and forth several times over two weeks on price and other questions. I had also changed my requirements from the EX-L to the Touring. Stephen worked to answer my questions, took my offers seriously even when I made no promises to "come in", and spent time on test drives when I was no ready to buy. In summary, the whole experience was no pressure, up-front, honest, and I also got a great deal in the end as Stephen beat my very best offer from other dealerships. Highly recommended.

The first price Fletcher Jones Honda gave me was a ridiculously high price, but through my powers of persuasion, they gave me a fair price in the end.

My experience has been very positive. I have been going to them since 2007. They do a great job on oil changes. I found their price to be comparable or even a little cheaper than most auto repair dealers. They often send discount coupons.

My car is 15 years old. I went in a couple of times in a row quickly because the first time I had bought it in, my radiator had overheated and they were trying to figure out, if I had wrecked the engine by driving it to the dealership. The answer was no. They had to do some kind of calibration. Then I had it back again because it didn't fix something properly. When I first used them, they were under a different dealership and the service was fine. Then when Fletcher Jones took over, I was much less happy. Having to bring things back for multiple repairs or mentioning things that needed to be fixed, but they didn't actually fix them. In the end, they fixed what they said they would. It was hard for me to know about the price because I've taken it only to the dealership. Once they got it fixed, it stayed fixed. I had to basically scream my head off to get them address some things. They finished the work on time, even though it was not done correctly.

They are good.
