They're honest and competent,

They come out every year, it's an annual thing. They're very knowledgeable about doing what they do. I don't have any problems during the heating season.

I've been using them for 35 years. The experience that I've had with them has great. My favorite thing is their knowledge and their expertise and that they stand behind their work.

We use Fewer Boiler Inc. quite often. Their price is high, but they're very responsive. The timeliness of their job was good and they did the job in a quick time frame. They were available when we needed them.

They are professional but expensive.

Scott came in on 1 day's notice and quoted the job the week prior to the actual work. His quote was "middle-of-the-road" price-wise, but we feared 2 of the other 3 quotes (only 1 quote was less)obtained were either low-ball or did not include the scope of work we guessed would be needed. Also his business was closest geographically, since we wanted someone to be our potential "go-to" guy for this kind of work. Even though not on the repair ticket, the two repairmen sent examined all fittings and safety apparatus and replaced 2 sight-glasses, then refilled and pressure-tested the system. Also modified insulation blanket and applied paint to lower outer jacket of boiler so any future leaking can be detected immediately (thus avoiding such a major repair in the future). Cleaned up behind themselves and left system in good working order. You can bet that next time we need service we'll be calling these guys!

It went well. They were professional and worked with us on getting the right parts available for inspection by the insurance company, since the unit cracked and the unit was insured. Overall, a great experience.
