They gave me a fair price and they stuck to their schedule.

They predicted the job would cost $300, but charged $350 without explaining the increase. When I got the clock home, it didn't operate at all. I assumed it was because i allowed the weighted chains to slip off of the sprockets when I hung it, so I returned to the store and asked them to put them back on. They told me the chains did NOT come off, so they attributed the problem to the way I hung the clock, even though it was replaced on the same hook that it had been hanging on for many years without any problem. They acted as if I had just hung the clock for the first time. I found the person who helped me to be arrogant and condescending. Ultimately they gave me back my clock, and now it is working fine.
