FAST FRAME

When I presented two coupons that I had received in the mail from the company I was told that no coupons would be accepted on the cheapest custom frames, the ones I had desired. The coupon did not specify any restrictions -- not even "some restrictions may apply." However, I was told that the boss had told employees not to accept coupons on the bottom-tier frames. I complained that this was dishonest and made clear that through this unprofessional and dishonest conduct the business would not only be losing a sale, but also losing a customer. My arguments fell on deaf ears and I will never take any business to this store. I encourage others who value honesty and professionalism to do likewise.

Prices vary depending on type of glass and frame but all work has been done exactly as ordered and never has taken more than 1 wk. As an added plus, the store is now open 7 days a week. Staff is very helpful w/out being pushy. Nice variety of frames and matting.
