THE ESTIMATE WAS HANDWRITTEN AND DIDN'T CONTAIN EVERYTHING EVEN THOUGH I SHOWED HIM WHAT I WANTED TO HAVE DONE. THE CARPETING WAS NOT EVEN ORDERED WHEN I CALLED TO FOLLOW UP. THEY DID NOT COMPLETE THE INSTALLATION ALL IN ONE DAY BECAUSE THEY DID NOT CUT THE CARPET. THEY OVER CHARGED ME AND WOULD NOT REVERSE THE OVER CHARGE. DID NOT RESPOND TO MY PHONE CALLS. THE WORKERS WERE COURTEOUS AND CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES.

ALL OF MY FUTURE CARPETING PURCHASES WILL BE FROM FAMILY FLOORING. SAM WAS GREAT. THE CARPET QUALITY IS UNBELIEVABLE, AND THE SEAMS THEY HAD TO STITCH CANNOT BE SEEN.
