Mike, Terrence and Neil were truly amazing. They worked incredibly hard a quickly. We had sooo much stuff. They work well together and all of our stuff was moved safely despite a long walk from the truck. They are smart, resourceful, experienced, tireless and kind. Also great with our kids.

Extraordinary skill and customer service from Fallen Movers; Mike, Terrence and Neil! They made moving furniture a problem-free experience. In our initial contact Mike responded immediately to my phone call; later we texted to confirm some details. I live rather far north from their offices so I appreciated their long drive to get here. They arrived on time and worked tirelessly. Most items were large and heavy pieces; the brothers lost no time wrapping the furniture for protection and then maneuvered it down the stairs with no damage whatsoever to the walls or furniture. The UHaul trailer was somewhat small so the project required some skillful positioning to fit all in. In a few hours they were finished. I have plans to use their service again for a larger move next year. Potential customers would not regret choosing Fallen Movers!

Came a bit early which was OK and in no time had all the furniture moved around. Nothing damaged, dirtied and no dings in the walls. Movers were quite friendly and polite.

We worked with Mike and Neal to load a 26' Uhaul truck to the back edge with boxes and household furniture from our Wilmette home. We contracted for 4 hours with 4 movers- furniture included a 20' solid maple shuffleboard- easily weighing 700#- they moved this out of our basement window without mishap. They also moved several other large, vintage pieces safely and securely. Then the magic happened. Mike assembled everything on our driveway and over the course of the next hour, expertly packed the truck- securing all the furniture and boxes as they went. Once they were done, we drove the truck over 200 miles to unload. We were thrilled to open the door when we arrived and everything was still in place- nothing had shifted or moved during the 4 hour trip. This move was our first step to clear a 4 bedroom house- I look forward to calling them for the next round in a few months. I can recommend them without any reservations- they were terrific.

This is the second time I've used the services of Fallen Movers, and they have been outstanding both times. I had a large number of boxes and some furniture that needed to be shipped West, and thought it would require two containers. These guys organized the material to be loaded and very expertly packed it into one container, saving me almost a thousand dollars in moving costs. They are punctual, courteous, efficient, hardworking, and very good at what they do. I would highly recommend them.
