Appointment on time. Work completed very well Contractor made valuable suggestions

The salesman scheduled a day and time (April, 2015) to take measurements. He arrived promptly, measured, gave a rough estimate for future work and was, overall, a friendly guy who was easy to talk with. The door was scheduled for delivery and installation for May, 2015. The date came and went; no show, no call. I called about the missed delivery and Cheryl apologized about the mix up. With scheduling difficulties, we finally scheduled for a date in September. I had to get someone to be home in my place. The delivery window was provided; I shared that info with my mother who was there at the specified date and time. Long story shortened, they didn't show and Cheryl didn't call. My mother called to find out what happened and was told the glass for the door wasn't ready. How is that possible? It should've been ready for the scheduled May installation. Finally installed a week or so later after the second no-show. Nice looking door, seems pretty sound. I would've rated a D, but the salesman and installation guys were very professional. Scheduling people, not the most organized.

He did a very good job. I hadn't realized that you could get any design you wanted on the security door, so I designed it myself and they cut it out and installed it. It was exactly what I wanted, and I enjoyed being able to customize it myself.

i bought an Angie's Deal for $499.00 however, i did not want the designs he had. I already had a security door with a Kanji Japanese symbol for prosperity. Exterior Services sawed the Kanji designs from my old door and welled them to the new door.
Installation was very quick and  prompt.

Great experience, the sales man went through all the options. I wanted a couple of add ons that were no problem, door was installed the next week!

They performed work when they stated they would with no issues. They explained what needed to be done to correct the fence and gate closer. To date, there have not been anymore issues. We are vey happy with work.

First day of installment not good. Waited over 4 hours for them. The installer and schedule were crossed. After the schedule was corrected, everything was fine. The installer was very helpful.

Everything went well. They're great!
