Expert Super Seal Roofing & Tuckpointing

100+ year old brick building with 6-7+ layers of roof was leaking. Sam the owner of Expert Super Seal Roofing was able to bid the job within a few days of the initial contact call. He quickly revised the contract in response to some of our concerns and supplied us with proof of liability insurance upon request. The original plan involved tearing off all the old roofing layers, placing insulation on the deck, placing a base sheet on the insulation, placing a torch down bitumen system, placing a new coping on one of the parapet walls and a final liquid aluminum asphalt coat and guttering. After the many layers of the roof were torn off-the much larger scope of the job became apparent as at least 1/4 of the roof area had rotten decking and joists and a large section of the inner brick layer of the parapet wall had to be rebuilt. The original time estimate was 2 days and the job was completed in 5 consecutive days. When the need for additional work became apparent Sam immediately had extra workers on site and the extra materials that were needed for the rebuild. An additional dumpster was needed due to the extent of the tear off. Throughout the job Sam kept us posted with photos as to the extent and progress of the work. I was impressed with quality of the work, the efficiency of the workers and the job site clean-up.

It went very smoothly. This crew has excellent attention to detail. It was a significant effort to keep track of all the wall/roof details of my complex, multi-level roof system. They found all the problems and did all the necessary repairs. They used an assortment of different kinds of treatment and repaired everything. The expert part of the name is well earned.

The work was good and the price was fair.

Sam and Expert team were great. It was tough scheduling due to rain throughout the Spring--but when the sun shined, Expert's team was on-site working sun up to sun down. They were very knowledgeable about current/preferred materials and roofing techniques. And his team was incredibly curious while working onsite.

Super work. Came right out; offered options and reasonable recommendation. Did work timely and efficiently with small crew. Did work to fix roof damage caused by snow and ice, and fixed it on very cold, tough day

Very well. They were very responsive and quick but also very thorough. I was worried about a mess but after a tear off the yard was spotless which was a pleasant surprise. Very communicative and punctual and I would recommend to anyone.

Sam did a huge job on my condo building of roofing and tuckpointing and rebuilding parapet. Him and his team did an amazing job. They were quick and all the workers were very nice when I saw them. I had a lot of questions because it was such a big job and sam was extremely responsive with texting calling and emailing. He even promised to come back after the contract to help me with an extra job! I highly recommend expert super seal to do any type of brick or roofing work.

Sam and the guys were extremely friendly, professional and responsive from the moment I called them. They were recommended to me from another roofing company that was too busy to take the job. Sam came over that same evening and walked me through the potential roof repairs. That same evening, he sent me two quotes detailing everything that would be done to it. After getting a couple other quotes over the course of the next week, he was on standby, but the minute I emailed him to begin the job, he was there the next day. They resealed my roof, which had many air pockets as you can see from the before and after pictures. Sam was extremely responsive throughout the day and talked me through the whole process. The guys he has are friendly and very hard-working. I would recommend this company whole heartedly.
