Eurosonics Blind

Initially emailed James at Eurosonic to ask about cleaning 11 mini blinds - he returned my email with a quote the same day, and I was able to set up an appointment to have them do the work. They came and took down all the blinds and had them back to me within a few days (was having my windows replaced so did not require a quick turn around). Blinds came back very clean - they installed all the ones they could (still had workers finishing work on windows). Eurosonic provided excellent service - friendly interaction, good pricing, great turnaround time and they did a great job!

I dropped off the blind at the Pulaski Road office. It was ready 24 hours later, as promised. In addition to cleaning, the blind needed to be restrung. The blind now looks great and works perfectly.

Pick up and delivery were a little late, but all in one day. My main criticism was that small tufts of material appeared in the blinds panels after the cleaning. They would not come out with vacuuming. The company offered to redo them, but I didn't want to go through the whole scheduling-pick-up-delivery cycle again, so decided to live with the tiny tufts. They are only visible from close up.

The blinds were destroyed during cleaning. Attempts to repair were not acceptable. The reason for the review is the crappy way the entire team at Eurosonic handled this incident. This morning it took 3 separate conversations with 2 extremely rude people to basically be told I purchased "cheap blinds that were worthless at this point". Up until now, I was more than willing to work with Eurosonic to reach a fair and equitable solution to replace my blinds. Nothing in there contract releases Eurosonic from liability from damage. However, it is very clear to me that the owner and staff are more interested in insulting customers than actually offering superior customer service. I'm shocked that they can still be listed as a preferred service on Angie's list. To thank the Eurosonic team for both the time wasted (numerous emails sent, visits to the store to get info, zero follow up on commitments unless I chased), as well as the deplorable attitudes and shady way of doing business, I'll be posting my experience on all social media outlets. THANKS FOR NOTHING!

I had a problem with the original contractor who was supposed to install the blinds, so I was was looking for someone who will just do the installation.
They were very nice, very professional, they did a clean work and cleaned up afterwards. They have adjusted the length of the blinds rails although it wasn't part of their "job description" (they have charged for it, but that's fair), and overall were very nice and did a very good job.

It was done as promised.

I called on Sept 6th and set up an appointment for the 12th to come out and fix my blinds. He sent the wrong people and did not ask the right questions to have the right people come out to fix this. When I talked to James about this problem and to rebook. He was very rude and told me to take my business elsewhere. My husband called him and he was rude again and cursed him out and hung up.

EuroSonic picked up the blind on Monday morning and returned it repaired the same afternoon. The blind required restringing in (2) places. Scheduling was a little difficult as they were very busy and I had to request an email confirmation of the appointment and quote, but overall they did a great job and the blind is working great.

My dog was using the blinds as his territory marking and I needed some serious cleaning. All stains are completely out and scent is gone! Courteous, quick and easy to deal with!

They came in the morning, removed them and returned them the same day.  I was impressed that they washed the blinds until they were clean! And they called and let me know that during the inspection they found some cords needed replacing.. I authorized that, but they were amazing.. Came when scheduled, returned when scheduled and then apologized for a delay of 30 minutes on the return beyond the time set due to traffic. The blinds look brand new and I was so impressed they have a client for life!!!! They were very professional,prompt, polite, clearly care about the product they produce.  I would highly recommend them!!!!!

I was pleased in all aspects of the job.
Glenn showed up early in the morning and took down all the blinds, being careful to label each blind's placement in my house and to package them with care for transfer to their shop for cleaning and repair. Later in the same day Glenn showed up with the blinds clean and ready to reinstall. He made sure all the brackets worked properly and held the blind tightly and that all the wands were working to open and close the blinds.
I was totally satisfied! Same day service was so wonderful in this case. Who wants to wait overnight to have your blinds back and working?
I appreciated that James, the person in the shop who did the majority of the repairs, called me before delivery of the blinds to tell me what he had done to fix the blinds. Glenn was persistent in his taking down the blinds and then in reinstalling them. These are old blinds with little quirks and bent brackets. He patiently worked his way through all eleven blinds and got them back to functioning like new.
I will definitely use this service again!

Fantastic, I am so satisfied with every aspect of the service!  I considered just buying new blinds, glad that I didn't.
