Wonderful. The first time we heard and used the service, we were so desperate with poor results from online search and newspaper searches. We also had trouble with other agencies getting back to us. However, Eugenia has provided us 6 people within one week for interviews and we were able to pick one of 4 we liked! She has stayed with us for a year without ANY worries. Since then, we have also used the service to find our weekend babysitter, a caregiver for our elderly father who is ill, and now our new nanny we had to replace (our first nanny had to leave for family reasons). The price does include guarantee (two replaced within few month of starting, if the person does not work out). But truthfully, we have looked at so many agencies and they are the best, most courteous, most efficient, and longest running in the Chicago area.
