I gotta give Erzsebet props - she was here today with a crew of 5. Right on time, they spent an hour and a half - so a total of 9 man hours cleaning a very dusty and overdue for cleaning house. They did a great job. Erzsebet was highly responsive and made sure to communicate expectations and ensure that everything went smoothly. I had used another service I found on Angie's list at the end of last year - communications with that group was always a problem. I appreciate that Erzsebet was here working with her team to ensure everything went well. She makes you feel like she's partnering with you and she is here with her team - she realizes you're doing business with her and not someone she drops off to clean the house. I look forward to a long relationship with Erzsebet!

I contacted Erzsebet a week or so in advance letting her know the scope of the work to be done and my rough timeline. I was having the unit painted so I said I wasn't sure what day I would be ready, but was expecting things to be finished up on Friday. She told me she needed about 1 day notice and to text her once the painting was finished. It turned out the paint work finished early on Friday, and when I texted her, she offered to show up about two hours later to start cleaning, and did. She brought a few additional people along and they thoroughly cleaned the bathroom, the kitchen, all floors, and windows. It was a little more than two hours of work and everything is now clean and ready for my tenant to move in. I will absolutely hire Erzsebet Cleaning Services again.

She came to look at the job and then gave me an estimate that I took to the condo board for approval. She and her crew started shortly after the approval and did very good work. We have now contracted with Erzsebet for regular monthly cleaning of our building. We are all happy. ?

I rarely write any reviews, but I thought I should start supporting good small businesses :)
Erzsebeth is nice, professional and very responsive. She's also very flexible in term of what area I like to clean every time. Communication/scheduling (through texting) with her is very easy and fast. Her crew did an excellent job cleaning my place the last 2 times. I hope they keep up the good work going forward.
I am very OCD. I have tried many cleaning companies including MyClean, HomeJoy, etc. but I was never completely satisfied with the work. They always miss something and most areas would never be as clean as if I would have done it myself. It's not the case with Erzsebeth. I am very very happy with the cleaning. The house is spotless! I love to have it clean twice a month now (because it's so clean), but I won't be able to afford it. She's definitely my go-to cleaner now and I'll refer her to my friends and coworkers. The price is definitely not the cheapest. It's fair, and definitely worth it. My only concern is that she's not using the same crew the last 2 times, but I haven't had any problems. I trusted her :) Hopefully we keep having a good relationship going forward. Thank you for great service!

I really was not very pleased with my experience with Erzebet Cleaning Services.  Erzebet was very nice and very responsive to my inquiry to come out and do an estimate.  I was very clear that I was looking for a DEEP, thorough cleaning as I was moving into a foreclosed condo that had not been so well cared for and had been sitting for quite a while.  She ensured me that she would send 2 ladies out who would do a very detailed cleaning in an 8 hour day for $350 I believe.
Keep in mind that all the walls and floors had been repainted, refinished and all tile work had been deep cleaned by another vendor just before they came, so the main things were a lot of dust everywhere, dirty appliances, lighting fixtures, bathroom fixtures and built in closets.  A lot of work for sure, but pretty basic cleaning.
Once I saw the results, I immediately found lots of areas that had not been touched or were inadequately cleaned.  I took pictures and sent to Erzebet and she was very understanding and responsive and without hesitation she agreed to send out a team again to address the issues.
After the re-clean, I was mostly satisfied with the results.  However, Erzebet then tells me that it was so dirty and they spent so much time that she would need to charge me $700!
I was sympathetic to the amount of time her team spent on the place and agreed to pay $500, but frankly, the job should've been done at least 95% right on the first day.  Perhaps she quoted too low, or perhaps they were not very efficient- not sure.  All I know i I was left feeling kinda ripped off and not at all interested in having them back.

These guys were amazing. I have hired other cleaning companies and these men were outstanding. They were polite, professional, and thorough. I was orignally quoted for three men for one hour. However, my past tenant left the place in excessive filth. It was obvious the tenant NEVER cleaned the enire year. Grime inside and out of all cabinets, appliances. Hair on walls, filthy bathroom. These guys plowed through it all in 2.5 hours. I felt bad they stayed so much longer on a Saturday night. They admitted it was one of the worst apartments they have seen. I am so thankful because I was near tears when I saw the condition of the place before they worked thier magic. I would definitely hire them again. Finally, a cleaning company I can count on. They even took photos and provided an invoice for proof.

I needed someone to clean about once a month since we are not in residence all the time. She came immediately to give an estimate and the team arrived a few days later. The place is sparkling clean. Excellent work. I look forward to having them regularly.

It was very easy to set up the appointment. It was mostly done via text. Erzsebet responded to each text quickly. She and her crew arrived on time and brought all the supplies needed. They cleaned the studio efficiently and effectively. Erzsebet emailed me the receipt via email within few days after the service and for whatever reason I couldn't open the attached receipt. She promptly resent the receipt to me and I was able to open it. Overall, it was a good experience working with Erzsebet. I will definitely use them again.

We are so happy we found Erzsebet Cleaning Services. I work from home and have a large dog, so we wanted to have a bi-weekly housecleaning service come in so that I could focus on my work. We had a hard time finding someone who we liked, did a good job, and finished quickly to minimize disruptions during my work day. Erzsebet is really nice and flexible, and she brings a great crew of staff who all do a great job. When we first hired them, the team came out for a more intensive clean for a slightly more expensive fee, and then we settled on a biweekly schedule and she was very accommodating to meet my budget. She is flexible to the timing if I have to change it, has no issues with my dog (I try to keep him out of the way), and her team finishes quickly. If I have a special request to clean a certain area, she will arrange to accommodate it. She reviews everything after the crew have finished, and is always open to any feedback if I find something that got missed. They even take care of my basement area and laundry area, which is much appreciated. We've been using them for about 6 months now, and they are better than all the other places we've tried. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a fast and efficient cleaning team.

She was great and very professional. I would have no problems using her. It was really a toss-up between her and another company, but the other company used low-toxic chemicals, so we went with them. I'd be totally happy with this company too though.

Erzsebet brought 5 cleaners.  Later in the day, the crew was reduced to 3 persons.  This is a family affair with most or all workers related to Erzsebet.  They arrived on time and ready to work with all supplies needed.  The crew worked hard and steadily throughout. They kept track of their working man hours at each location and provided individual billing. They did a wonderful job - making the appliances sparkle like new, built up and even burned on grease removed, bathrooms were made spotless, mildew in grout removed, etc.  The new tenants moving in were very happy with the condition of the apartment on move in inspection. 

Most workers do not speak English.  Erzsebet and her son do speak English.  The nuance of language when communicating with them is not perfect.  That is to be expected when English is not your first language.  There were some misunderstandings due to the language issue that took some time and were eventually cleared up.

I will definitely call them for our next move out job.  Move-outs are hard-scrub time-consuming cleaning and these people were up to the task.  All in all, if you want things CLEAN, not just wiped, and you're willing to pay for the time it takes to accomplish that, call Erzsebet.

The service couldn't be any better.  Erzsebet is quite professional.  She came out the day before beginning the project to assess the situation and did everything she could to accommodate us.  She did the job when we asked her to and brought a large crew so it could be done with minimum disruption for us.  Most importantly, when she and her crew left, our house was clean!  We have tried other services but this was the best.  Thank you.
