They were very nice and cordial, covered their shoes and didn't scratch up my floors. But they had to come back twice, a total of 3 times, and I still had to complete one of the air ducts myself. They claimed it was too difficult to get to, that he would have to cut a hole in the wall. After examining it, it took me no time at all to remove the screws and clean it out myself from a different vantage.

They were on time,cleanly and very Polite. George was the first company I called and he explained in great detail what his company does. When I called several other companies, I ended up comparing everyone to the call I had with George. I did go with George and I couldn't be more than satisfied. He sent us pictures of the services in a timely manner. I had an issue with my dryer working heating after he left, I couldn't figure it out and they came back the next day and fixed it. The problem was not caused by them, it was due to the cold and my outside vent cover froze. However they figured it out, fixed it and did not charge. In addition, he also provided us a contact to fix a boiler system, which we were also looking for. Great company and will be hiring them again in the future.

George and his partner were very professional. George explained the process to me before starting the service. Both guys were courteous and punctual!. I would definitely recommend these guys to friends and family.
I received the before and after pictures of the vents and you could clearly see the big  difference.

The ER Air representatives arrived on time, took care with covering their feet, were completely clean and communicated well.  They were professional and efficient.

They were great.  They came on time, took a picture of the vent before the cleaning and showed us and then cleaned it, took a picture after the cleaning.  It was quite impressive.  The rep climbed up onto the roof to check where the vent came out (we live in a condo).  He explained the whole process to us in great detail.  We were quite satisfied.

I had been having problem with getting clothes dry and thought the vent might be clogged.  I was excited to see an Angie's List offer for a dryer vent cleaning.  George followed up with a phone call to make the appointment and we scheduled it for the following Saturday.  He arrived within 10 minutes of his scheduled appointment.  When he entered the house, he immediately put on shoe covers even though there was not mud or ice on the sidewalk.  The vent was definitely clogged - he worked until he got it completely cleaned -- even having to crawl under our desk to get to the outside vent.  Amazing what a difference a clean vent will make.  It used to take me 2-3 cycles to get clothes dry.  Now I can do 4-5 loads in a day.  I am very pleased and would highly recommend E.R. Air.

George was prompt and professional.  It was a two-man crew.  They installed the equipment and got right to work.  They left everything in order once they completed the job.

It was really good.  They showed me before and after videos.  What I really appreciated is that they cleaned up after themselves.  It was nice and clean when they left.  My dryer was actually making a noise and after they cleaned it out it stopped.  I was pretty satisfied with their work.
