ELLA SZEKELY

Ella is an extremely dedicated, responsive and patient agent. She is also a lot of fun to be around. She showed us dozens of homes and never pushed us into making a decision. We started out hoping to find a decent home for much less than we ended up spending. Ella worked hard to find us a home that suited us, but we learned that we needed to come up in price or buy a home in our original price range and spend a lot of money and time gutting and rehabbing it. She continued to work with us until we found a house that we could afford and didn't require as much work to make it a home. She spent many weekends showing us home, scheduling several (10-12 on average) viewings a day, mapping them out as efficiently as possible, and fitting in time for a break halfway through the day. She kept a keen eye out for potential problems and pointed them out to us. She is also very good at identifying different types of wood, and made a point of letting us know what we were looking at. She also helped us through the process by recommending a mortgage broker and lawyer, and once we made a bid on our home, she guided us through the home-buying process. Throughout all of this she maintained her fantastic sense of humor, which made the days go by quickly. When we finally bought our home, we realized that we missed hanging around with her on the weekends.
