When my husband and I were searching for a new home in Old Irving Park, we became frustrated with the lack of options. We had driven past a home under construction, but assumed a home owner was building it. When it was listed, we immediately met with the builders and became enamored with their work product. They took the time to give us tours of their previous homes, walked through all the options that still remained, and were very patient allowing us to choose the finishes. Their quality is beyond excellent, and the responsiveness is unbelievable. I don't know anyone who has become friends with their home builder...except us. We recently had a sump pump failure on the only 40 degree day in January and Elite was able to rebuild the basement for us. I can't recommend them enough!

The process went very well. Daniel from Elite General was involved at every step and was clear about what work needed to be done and what it would cost. His team was punctual and efficient. The quality of the work is top notch and I would definitely use them again. Daniel always provided a clear explanations of what he needed to be done and charged very reasonable prices. When working in my kitchen they were very conscientious about keeping things as clean as possible and always cleaned up and left the kitchen in great shape at the end of the day.
