EXCELLENTLY.VERY PROFFESIONAL AND COURTEOUS TECHNICIANS.

Salesman came out when our lights were flashing off and on intermittently(could not get Com Ed). Salesman identified problem (see above installations) and said his men could come out the next day Saturday ..we were very worried about fire. Salesman said it would not be a problem for Saturday never spoke about time and a half. Never saw an estimate. Four electricians came out on Saturday and did above work. Found out later, when Com Ed finally came out that our neighbor's tree had forced the plug that connects our line on the pole to our house. It had pulled out. It was loose and swayed with the wind causing our lights to go off and on. It was not necessary to have done all of the work that STS did to correct our intermittent lighting. We're glad work was done but it also was never necessary to replace our circuit box at this time. We also asked that the circuits be identified on the box -- it was not done. We complained about the cost and lack of estimate. They gave us a senior citizen discount bringing it still to over $5000.

It went great. They did excellent work. They were very professional. They knew exactly what the problem was and finished the project in 1 day. They were very efficient.

It was ok... The price well exceeded the estimate (probably double) and once they started, it was difficult to get updates from them, there were no written change orders until after the fact, etc. Also, when they were done, there were a few loose ends that needed to be wrapped up and it was tough to get them to come back. The work itself was good quality.
