Home Inspection
Went great, couldn't have asked for better service. Took a lot of pictures, explained a lot of things to me and got the report back to me within 24 hours.

Home Inspection
We needed a fairly quick home inspection to be able to close on our condo when we wanted to. Charlie returned our call right away and re-arranged his schedule to fit us in for that week. When we arrived he was already on site with all of his tools ready. He walked through the entire inspection with us explaining things in detail and giving us basic maintenance info along the way. He pointed out a few problems to watch out for but also made us aware of positive aspects of the property that were not obvious to us before. He was cheerful and reassuring during the process and seemed to understand how nerve wracking buying a home can be. The NEXT MORNING we received a detailed inspection report complete with digital pictures that we still refer to from time to time and a DVD on home maintenance that is especially good for first time buyers.
