Amazing! This is the second time (and second house) we have used EGflooring! They show up bright and early and do wonderful work. In addition, our house had almost no dust in it after sanding and finishing up. We are always very impressed and will continue to work with George and recommend him In the future.

We are very pleased with the results and very strongly recommend Edwards Flooring. This was a very big project, involving removing the existing stone floor by jackhammer (no easy way to do this, the noise was awful, but the crew tried to minimize the disruption), and replacing it with hard wood flooring. The new floor is beautiful, worth going through the jackhammering, and we are glad we used real hardwood, instead of placing laminate over the existing floor, the other option considered. The crew were responsive and careful, and the process was well planned. We give an A rating in all categories except price, where a B+ would have been more realistic, but one can't enter pluses and minuses on Angie's list. This project was expensive, but well worth the cost and disruption, and we wanted real wooden boards . We would definitely use them again.

George and his crew were very courteous and professional. Gave an accurate and very fair quote before doing the job. Arrived on time, cleaned up thoroughly afterwards and finished right on schedule. All paperwork was handled by Monika at the office, and she responded quickly to emails and phone calls when I had a couple of questions. One of our rooms had a lot of staining and some damage once we pulled up some old carpeting, and George's crew made everything look like new, surpassing our expectations. They also replaced one of our stairs and the new one matched the existing ones perfectly. I'd definitely call them again for any other hardwood floor refinishing or installation.

George and his crew did an excellent job installing a new hardwood floor in our new kitchen. George matched the color of the existing hardwood and blended the new flooring into the existing flooring for a seamless integration to make the project appear the floors always existed. This company did a terrific job in every respect. It turned out that the flooring in all 4 bedrooms had to be replaced and a new floor placed on top of the existing upstairs hallway floor. Also, some flooring had to be replaced in the living room. All floors, new and existing, were sanded, stained, and finished with 2 coats of polyurethane. In a word: it's beautiful. George and Monika clearly care about doing a professional job, not just as just described, but also administratively. I was living in the house at the time the work was being done and had to move ALL of my belongings to 1/2 the house and switch them when the first half was done. They were considerate of the fact that I was there, had a pathway to the bathroom, minimized dust as much as possible. They also made helpful suggestions and were very communicative and responsive about all aspects and stages of the job. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

It was a great experience. They came on a Saturday morning to lay out sample colors them completed the work conveniently while we were on Spring Break. They were very careful to seal off the house so the dust from sanding didn't get everywhere. They cleaned up after they were done and were accommodating to our travel schedule to drop off keys and get final payment,

George met with me the day after I called him.  He was thorough, professional and understanding of what I wanted the floors to look like.  I just purchased my house a couple of weeks ago and the floors had been covered with shag carpet for decades.  There were some dilapidated boards, areas where the floor plan had changed and the boards didn't match, the stairs needed some love as well as the hallway.  George and his crew were on time, polite, professional, friendly and hard working.  The job took 3 days so I went away for the weekend.  I left the keys with his crew so they could let themselves in and out as needed.  When I returned home I was "floored" at the results.  It looked like a brand new house.  Like something out of a magazine.  The craftsmanship was impeccable.  Totally blown away!!!me

Great communication, punctual, polite and really helpful.
The three guys who arrived to refinish my floors were really helpful and did an amazing job.  They were happy to help me choose colors and offered advice with regards to the finish.  I would definitely use this company again as they were professional, well priced and their work was of a high quality.

We are so happy and satisfied with all aspects of our newly finished hardwood Maple floors done by  Edward Georges flooring. Very professional, caring and detailed group of guys?I would use them over and over again and will be recommending them to all of our friends and families. They went above and beyond and we could  not be more pleased! Also make sure to ask to try some of their homemade polish sausage and smoked pork roast you will love it and the quality job that they will do for you!!!

Edward's Flooring did an excellent job refinishing a large staircase and hallway for me.  The price was competitive. The quality of the work was high. Edward and his crew worked very hard to achieve the exact shade of floor stain that I wanted. Finally, the workers were punctual, professional and very accommodating. I would happily use their services again.

It turned out so much better than I had expected - a perfect match on the wood type and the stain.  The floors are 100+ years old and in excellent condition, but they have been sanded down many times, so they matched the level of new wood exactly to the existing boards.The only difference is that the new finish is shinier than the old finish, which the same company had done when I moved in 16 years ago.  
They had also refinished my kitchen floor a few years ago after I had uncovered the original floorboards under many layers of tile and linoleum.  The floor needed a fair amount of patching near the original ice box pan, and they did an amazing job of matching it and finishing the entire floor. 
I feared that the floorboard patch would have left an unsightly scar in the middle of the room, but I have to look intently in order to see where the work had been done.

They did a nice job and were very careful.  They were also very flexible with allowing me time to move furniture around and do some paint touch-ups between steps in the process.  The team was very professional, kept things clean as possible throughout the job, and kept me updated on progress and estimated timelines for completion.  Also, George spent a lot of time at the job site, giving me a high comfort level.  I would recommend them to others.  

The job went perfectly. They are wonderful. I know they are on Angie’s List, and I just validated them through Angie’s List, but I have used them for like two decades now. They have exceptional craftsmanship and they do what they promise. They are great. They never let you down.

I am very happy with the work. I had used Edward's a few years prior and they had at least two of the same crew members estimating or working on my place the second time. The continuity of staff is important to me, in terms of communicating and ensuring quality. 

We were very pleased with the providers professionalism and excellent quality of refinishing our hardwood floors. We live out of state and had to rely on their integrity and work ethic to enter our home unattended and they exceeded our expectations with their reliable and trustworthy performance. We would strongly recommend this service without reservation and appreciate how they accommodated our out of town situation. Job well done!

Everything about our experience was beyond excellent. We called for an estimate and George came out the next day. The price was very fair and the work took one day less that we were quoted.  As for dustless sanding-- the place was spotless. I had read about how dustless still left a mess and therefore expected to have to do at least some clean up afterward, but there was absolutely nothing to clean.  They even started on a Saturday to accommodate a painter who needed to start painting before we thought the floors would be done.
We were so impressed with their work and how easy everything was. I plan to call them again in the spring to have our three-season porch floors stripped and refinished.

George was very prompt in coming over to give me an estimate. We had some minor damage due to a dishwasher leak. George said that we only needed one board replaced. Another contractor had wanted to tear out half of my floor to see if there was any subfloor damage. George tested the moisture level of the floor and decided that was not necessary. He was able to work around my schedule. I can't say that the work was dust-free but I rather expected that since there was no easy way to seal the room from the rest of the house. The floor looks beautiful. However the finish seems a little strange to me. A dust mop does not glide easily over it. I'm hoping that this just has to do with letting the Synteko finish cure. We were able to sleep elsewhere for a few days so the stronger smell of Synteko did not bother us. George quoted us $850 but then gave us a10% Angie's discount .
