Home Building
The initial meetings with Reid Johnson went well. He acted like he was interested in the smallest details of our plans and knew how to build custom homes. His houses look very handsome from the outside. It took him over six months to get a permit and then sixteen months to get it to a point where we were ready to move in, but there still remained a large punch list. Reid stopped coming to our construction site and we had to deal with several unexperienced office managers, not builders. They are extremely slow to respond and they still have not completed many important items on the punch list. The subs they do send to our home are unexperienced and create more problems than they solve. I would not recommend this builder. It has been a frustrating experience and we are now hiring our own contractors to finish what they did wrong.
