GC was on the job for 4 months and was constantly doing things wrong. Found out after paying him $95k, he didn't pay some of the sub contractors. owner, Juan Contreras, disappeared and never returned calls or emails. one sub contractor put filed a mechanics lien on my building because they never got paid for the insulation installation.
