We've had Eberson do work for us for many years. I called and gave permission for them to take a look at our skylight while I was at work. They removed old caulk, put new caulk around the skylight. It's fixed and the invoice was reasonable.

Leak had been an occasional "ice-dam" problem for a couple of years, but finally developed into a "whenever there's water there's a leak" situation. Eberson responded immediately--same afternoon I think--to my call about a roof leak in progress. There had been a snowstorm followed by rain. Their representative examined the roof and took pictures, then saw the leakage happening inside, and the gallons of water already accumulated in my containers.
I was pleasantly surprised by a call the very next morning to open my gate and let them in. I went to work, and they did their job and closed the gate after themselves. The next day came another snowstorm, and after a few days another thaw and rain. NO LEAK! And no leak to date either.
When I called to thank them for their very prompt service--they did get in ahead of a snowstorm forecast for the next day--I talked to Warner Blumenthal. When I told him there was no longer any leak, he said, "Well, that's a plus!"

My roof was replaced. Prior to this work they did work on my gutters. It took them just under 2 days to do the work. Everything was done professionally and did the work in a timely manner.

This company charged me twice for the same repair. They did not stand behind their original work, and lied about the previous repair they had done on my roof.

"In Response to the member: Garage & Home Repair Done September 22nd 2011 #1. Garage roof work was originally done for $328.00 and work was described in our proposal to the member. #2. Her two story home's shingles had blown off and we replaced them with no guarantee, as with all repairs to other companies work. In addition, we agreed to re-install Air Vents not properly installed previously by other contractors. Cost $285.00 We were called back March 9th 2012 after 6 months and an unusual amount of high winds essentially doing more damage to the member's home. As is our policy with repairs, we do not guarantee the repairs simply because our craftsmanship is attached to everyone else's effort that have come before us on any job. Typically, if we return to a job and our work is the source of problem, we would repair everything for free as our work is our name. This was not the case when we returned to find more damage in new areas of roof. We made the new repairs at the discounted rate of $293.00 We advised the member on our original proposal that the previous craftsmanship was not the best and should be replaced with an effective and efficient new roof, she declined. Overall the service was GREAT.
Mr. Blumenthal (owner) came out inspected my gutters and suggested that gutters needed and quot;seriousand quot; cleaning and removal of gutter shields, which were defected and detrimental to my gutters. On the above date the work was completed in a very timely and professional manner.

Our gutters were pretty much intact, but all of the downspouts needed to be replaced. We received our quote within a week of calling them initially, and the work was completed several days after that. The downspouts matched the existing gutters perfectly, and they were attached securely to the house and garage, with enough of the downspout away from the house so the water was not directed toward the house. I was VERY impressed with Eberson Roofing's responsiveness and the quality of their work, and I would be happy to use them in the future, as well as recommend them to friends and family.

I have had very good experiences with them. They replaced my roof 20 years ago and several jobs since then. They have always done excellent work and they always guarantees it. The owner, himself is on the job site and makes sure everything goes well.

Everything was done very professionally. Eberson came out to check our my house (gutters) a week or so before they did the work. I got my proposed estimate a few days later in the mail . And they did the work the first week of August. I am amazed that cost was relatively low for my work which is another plus for Eberson.

Could not have been better, Eberson is excellent. We had to coordinate with tuckpointing work but we couldn't say exactly when that would be finished. Mr. Blumenthal (the owner) came the day after the tuckpointers were done and began work. They were polite, careful to cover parked cars that should not have been there, and took care of discarding the old gutters. In the bidding process Mr. Blumenthal saved us several thousand dollars by suggesting cleaning and repair rather than replacement of certain sections of gutter. This was to our advantage, not his. He s honest and straightforward-- what a pleasure.

I called, and when Mr. Blumenthal called me back, he said his son was working on another job in the neighborhood and could stop by in a few hours. His son had in a previous year done a fine job of installing a new gutter and downspouts. It's too high up for me to see exactly what repairs he did this time, but he said he would tell Mr. Blumenthal what he had done and that "he'll be fair" with the bill. I was very satisfied with the bill, considering the time spent.

They are always very reasonable. Whenever there is something that my father needs done, he calls me, then I call them and they just go and do the work. The prices are reasonable and they always go and take care of what needs done. They are excellent. They came right out and I don't have any complaints about them.
