EARLY WARNING ALARMS INC

In August 2018, I had my existing alarm and video surveillance systems replaced by Early Warning Alarm. I am very happy with the new systems and the service I received. It was a major upgrade from my current system. The video cameras were replaced, my AT&T landline is no longer needed for the system, and the monitoring and some maintenance can be done via an application on a PC, tablet, or phone. Brian and Mike took the time to walk me through the new systems and answered all my questions. Some history - Early Warning Alarm had taken over the maintenance and monitoring of my old alarm and video surveillance system back in January 2016. The maintenance and monitoring from my original vendor, ADT, had become quite expensive. Over the next 2 years, I called on Early Warning Alarm for various maintenance tasks which include, replace alarm battery, replace carbon monoxide detector, and replace a keypad. I recommend Early Warning Alarm to take over maintenance and monitoring of existing alarm systems and install new alarm and video alarm systems.

The company helped us spec out an effective yet affordable system for our house, and recommended a combination of hard-wired & wireless components, to minimize the impact on our walls. The 2-man installation team completed the installation quickly and professionally, and left our house clean. They provided clear instructions on how to use the system, including various options depending on whether we are in the house or away. The all-in cost, including professional monitoring, was very reasonable compared with some of the free / $99 systems advertised, because we are not locked into an expensive, long-term monitoring agreement. We were very satisfied with this company's approach and work, and would recommend them without hesitation -- they offer an excellent value.

It went very well. I emailed the company to get a quote and then they came out at the scheduled time. They suggested some more cost effective options and were able to get everything working quickly. They did a nice job on the install and a great job of explaining everything they were going to do. When we set the alarm off later that day by accident, they followed up to make sure that everything was working OK.

I was really grateful that Early Warning Systems could make an early morning appointment. I'm currently working as a consultant in Itasca, so they were very flexible in working around my schedule. The technicians showed up on time and worked quickly to get the system up and running. Since it had been some time since the system was working, the back up battery had to be replaced, which they did so at no charge. They walked me through all the system features and how to use it. My neighbors have been happy with the service from the company and if this is any indication of what I can expect, I am impressed.

Great locally run company, they showed up early for both appointments, answered a ton of questions with honesty and patients. They also do home theater wiring for new construction, I asked for a retro installations in my condo and they referred me to a great company and told me what to expect.

FRANK CAME OUT TO GIVE AN ESTIMATE, AND WAS ON TIME, POLITE, AND KNEW HIS STUFF. I CHOSE HIS COMPANY BECAUSE THEY WERE THE BEST PRICE FOR THE SERVICE, THEY WEREN'T PUSHY, AND HIS FAMILY DOES ALL THE WORK. UNLIKE OTHER PLACES I INTERVIEWED, THIS COMPANY STANDS BEHIND THEIR WORK. IF SOMETHING IS MALFUNCTIONING, THEY COME TO FIX IT. IF IT IS THEIR FAULT, OR EQUIPMENT FAILURE, THEY DON'T CHARGE. THE INSTALLATION WAS VERY QUICK. THEY CLEAN UP THEIR OWN MESSES. I HAVE HAD THE ALARM FOR FOUR MONTHS NOW, AND AM VERY PLEASED WITH THE SERVICE. FRANK ANSWERS HIS OWN PHONE, AND HE AND HIS SONS ARE VERY KIND PEOPLE. THEY USE TOP OF THE LINE ADEMCO PRODUCTS.
