Ed was very professional. When I described what I wanted--the most efficient boiler available, given the price of natural gas--he cautioned me against paying too much up front for a super-high efficiency model that would take more than my lifetime to pay for itself. Instead he & I decided on a boiler that suited my budget and my efficiency needs. Despite it being his busy season, Ed came out & installed the boiler over 2 days, cleaned up his mess, and left me with specific instructions for operation & maintenance.
