I feel Dyson stick vacuums are not good product or investment. I feel like this unit was built to last for a year and a half (6 months longer than a year warrantee). But, after 90 days you cannot send it back. I paid out approx. $450 bucks. I thought it would last at least 6, 7 years for this price. They informed me that I would have to ship my unit to a service center hundreds of miles away to get fixed and that could be 5 days or more (not including the weekend) to get it back. We bought this unit to be our main vacuum for our whole house. I suggest anyone not to buy Dyson stick vacuum products but to go to Bed Bath & Beyond and get a Sharp vacuum unit for much less, and the Sharp has a good rating. I am sorry I invested so much for so little; and I did not get the customer service to my liking. Even with this review I am almost certain Dyson will not care. And they said they would email me with a number to take to UPS centers to send out for repairs and that never happened in real time.

Great! My vacuum had a part that broke and the company issued me a new part for a 3rd of the price and even shipped it to my house the next day.
They have the best customer service!

I have sent multiple emails and left VM and received no response from Dyson after I sent the Hand Vac back. I did receive an email from one representative who was assisting me saying the center had been trying to contact me but they were unable to on the phone number provided which was not even a complete phone number.
