The thing that stood out the most was the owner was very hands on and very present when you needed him to be there.

I had been wanting to remodel my kitchen for a long time. A friend and neighbor of mine reccomended DWD RENOVATON to me. I viewed their website and then called to make an appointment and left a message. Dave Hirsh (from DWD) called me back within the hour and we set up a meeting the next day.
Dave arrived promptly at the agreed time and spent about two hours listening to my ideas. We talked about my budget, time frame for the work, etc. He provided me with references and we made another appointment (in two days time) for him to come back with a proposal.
Two days later Dave came back with the proposal and a preliminary design for my kitchen. Next we went to the showroom to look at cabinets, tile, granite counters, etc. I told Dave I needed a few more days to make up my mind and he said no  problem. There was absolutely no pressure from him to make a decision. A few days later I called him and said I was ready to go.
The first thing we did was order the cabinets because they would take a month to get. After that, Dave assisted me every step of the way with picking out the sink, faucet, tile, etc.
The actual work started in about one month. The crew arrived on time and the first thing they did was prep my home by installing plastic to protect my floors and keep dust to a minimum. They had the kitchen gutted the first day. After that, the crew arrived promptly every day. They were very professional and polite. The entire job took approximately 2 1/2 weeks. I love my new kitchen and can't say enough good things about DWD!
