I had a great experience with Dun-Well. Alex returned my call promptly and I was able to get him out to clean my sofa the following day. He was very prompt, professional, and friendly. The sofa looks great and he even did a once over of a coffee stain on the rug in front of the sofa where I had a spill a couple days earlier. I'll definitely use them again!

Alex was referred to me by one of the designer showrooms at the Mart. He responded to my voicemail within 20 minutes, gave me a quote and offered to come out the next day. He and Meri arrived on time and set up their machine and went at it. I found them to be knowledgeable, professional and friendly. The work they did completely satisfied me and I would highly recommend them to others.

The technicians that came out were professional and friendly. The technicians that came out were on time, took pride in their work and took the job seriously. I would defiantly recommend them to others. They service designer show rooms in Chicago, so they have a great deal of knowledge about how to clean expensive delicate fabrics.

It ended up ok, but lots of confusion along the way. Alex didn't understand what I was asking when I first called. Set up an appt for noon, but he lost my the paperwork, including my phone and address. He used called ID to call my work # to get the info, and there was a delay in reaching me. Finally showed up 6 hours late. Then he got the time wrong of the delivery of the clean rug. They did a fine job with the rug, but there was lots of confusion.

The rug came back looking like new with very little residual smell. We can once again welcome people into our living room. (And keep our dog out.) The padding was also replaced. We were very satisfied with the job done and the excellent service.

ALTHOUGH PUNCTUALITY IS NOT THEIR STRONG SUIT (THEY WERE 2 1/2 HOURS LATE FOR THE CARPET PICKUP, AND 1 1/2 HOURS LATE FOR THE CARPET DROP OFF), THE CARPET ACTUALLY CAME BACK LOOKING BETTER THAN IT HAD WHEN IT WAS NEW. THEY GOT ALL CAT URINE SMELLS OUT AND THEY RETURNED IT WITHIN THE PROMISED TIMEFRAME (ONE WEEK).

PRETTY GOOD. QUOTE WAS COMPETITIVE WITH OTHER NEARBY CARPET CLEANERS ($3 PER STAIR I BELIEVE). THEY WERE UNABLE TO COMPLETELY REMOVE WATER STAINS FROM ONE OF THE LANDINGS, BUT THEY CAME OUT AGAIN TO GO OVER THE AREA AND IT LOOKS MUCH BETTER. THEY WERE INITIALLY LATE FOR THE APPOINTMENT, BUT WERE OTHERWISE VERY ACCOMMODATING.

ALEX ALDRIGE (OWNER?) DID A GREAT JOB FROM START TO FINISH. ALL CALLS WERE PROMPTLY RETURNED, HE ARRIVED AT THE AGREED UPON TIME, AND DID ALL WORK. HE IS VERY CONSCIENTIOUS IN HIS WORK, AND I CAN HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM FOR THIS TYPE OF JOB.

DUN-WELL DID AN OUTSTANDING JOB CLEANING OUR CONDO'S HALLWAY CARPETS. THEY SCHEDULED US WITHIN DAYS OF OUR CALL, THEY PERFORMED THEIR JOB THOROUGHLY, AND THE EMPLOYEES COULDN'T HAVE BEEN MORE PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS. THE MOST RECENT TIME WE HIRED THEM, THE CITY WAS PERFORMING REPAIRS IN THE STREET AND SHUT OFF THE BLOCK'S WATER HALF-WAY THROUGH OUR CLEANING PROJECT. DUN-WELL CAME BACK THE NEXT DAY TO FINISH, WITH NO ADDITIONAL COST TO US. WE WERE SO IMPRESSED BY THEIR SERVICE, WE WILL MOST DEFININTELY HIRE THEM ANNUALLY.
