Currently located in the Logan Square area and in business in Chicago since 1990, we offer complete Real Estate services for From Residential Sales and Rentals to Commercial Sales and Leasing.We work with our clients to ensure a smooth transaction and have expert knowledge in helping our clients through all aspects including Attorney Review, Mortgages, Permitting and Construction in coordination with Studio Modernista LLC, a design ,build company and part of our in house team. I arranged several visits to look at places before I moved out and was so pleased with the service. Then when I relocated to Chicago, I worked more intensely with Nikki who found me the perfect home at a price I could afford. Are agent Stacey was wonderful, persistent and patient in showing our Apartments. We've had great success and retention with the caliber of renter's that use their service. They have also helped us adjust our rents to Market when they pointed out that are rents were way too low for the neighborhood
