Alex recently helped us sell our place on the north side. We chose Alex because he had helped us buy the condo a few years ago, and we were very satisfied with his hard work and good attitude.
Both times, Alex worked extremely hard for us. He was incredibly rapid in returning texts or phone calls – even when we texted late! – and he was always available for face to face meetings. He also had started finding potential buyers for us before we even posted our place. When we bought, we got the foreclosed condo from an online auction, which created some of the most frustrating complications. But Alex dove right in with a confident smile that really helped us to feel more at ease during an otherwise terrible process. Now, our place was very cheap, which meant that Alex’s commission would be less than usual. But we never once felt that Alex worked any less hard for us than if it had been worth much more.
When we sold, Alex made it clear that he was as invested as we were in selling our place quickly for a good price. In fact, we would not have made as much money off of the property without him, since he convinced us to sell for a higher price than we had originally intended. Then, using a Dream Town photographer, he put together a webpage that beautifully showcased our home and showed that it really was worth the amount we were asking. And sell it did! The listing went up on a Friday and was under contract by Sunday night! Throughout the process that followed, Alex facilitated our interactions with the buyer seamlessly.
We recommend Alex highly and heartily. He is a great guy – and a great guy to have on your side of a real estate sale!
NOTE: The and quot;approximate price for serviceand quot; is a total guess since I don't have the HUD statement handy. I just did 5% of the sale price when we sold the place, because I vaguely remember it being around that much. It was much, much cheaper when we bought.

The experience was great. We initially put an offer on a short sale and got tired of waiting after 90 days. Amy offered to continue showing us houses until we found what we were looking for and gave us great advice on how to handle the transition from canceling the short sale, to putting in an offer on a different home. We ended up with a great home and the entire process went smooth from the time that we put in the offer until we closed.

My agent, Tom, was in incredible. He was very patient, knowledgeable, and professional. He worked with me all along and answered all of my questions. He was wonderful.

I cannot say enough good things about George Synowiec. As our agent, he was extremely patient, honest, knowledgeable, and helped us from start to finish. When we weren't sure what we wanted, George didn't try to pressure us into anything. He was extremely prompt in showing us properties, and didn't flinch even when we completely altered our search criteria. George helped us through the negotiations and the closing and put us completely at ease about the entire process. I HIGHLY recommend George for his easy-going nature, his honesty, and his integrity.
