Upholstering, Furniture Refinishing
The first thing I did was bring in photos of the furniture, right away she knew which fabrics and patterns that would go with the style and age of the furniture. I had read the reviews from others about various upholsterers and was expecting to pay a large amount of money, was I ever surprised! She gave me a quote, the next day my husband went with me to the shop to look at the fabric that I had chosen. Doris called and within a couple of days she and her men came to pick up the furniture (we added the ottoman and dining chairs to our order). About a week later (perhaps 1 1/2) she called again to say they were finished and would deliver the next day! Doris does not accept credit cards or checks, only cash. We love our furniture and have received many compliments! Of course now it is covered to protect them from our young grandchildren!
