Flooring
Retiled 2 bathrooms. Charged more than estimate. Agreed to send out 2 guys, but sent out one. He was rude and yelled on the phone. They put the toilets back wrong (the collar was too low) which caused flooding onto my ceiling below each. Hasn't returned any of my calls. The grout lines were terrible.
