Dominion Pest Control

Aaron is awesome. We had a small bed bug problem and our landlord hired Dominion to exterminate. He was super knowledgeable, explained his process thoroughly and answered all my questions. Highly, highly recommend!

Went very well. Aaron of Dominion arrived promptly on time and went to work immediately--inspected the property & then put rat-bait stations where appropriate. Mentioned that the poison he uses kills rats with one feeding (unlike many poisons which require that a rat eat several times). Aaron is very pleasant & professional. Worked quickly & efficiently. I'll definitely call Dominion whenever an exterminator is needed, for rodents, insects, or whatever.

It went very well.  I phoned Dominion and explained that I'd  been told there was a wasp nest in my gutter.  We made an appointment for Dominion's Aaron to come that weekend.  He arrived promptly on time, located the nest, and injected something into it to destroy the wasps.  The entire operation took him no more than 10 minutes.  He examined my property to see if there were other nests and, thankfully, found none. 
This was the second time I've used Dominion Pest Control--the first was a year or so ago when a rat invaded my garage.  That time, too, the problem was handled quickly and efficiently.  Aaron is pleasant, apparently knowledgeable, and skillful.  Also, I found his price more than fair.

Aaron is great.  He's a one man show, the grim reaper of all unwanted pests.  Was easy to communicate with and super efficient in just showing up with the minimal tools and time and taking care of the problem.  What else do you need.  Will definitely use him as our go to call on pest issues.  He has large contracts for restaurants and just hustles around for the little guy on the side.  Prices are by far the most reasonable I've seen.

Aaron did a great job.  he promptly returned my call.  he came out and did a thorough indoor/outdoor treatment.  he stood by his work, saying that he would fix the problem and that's what I pay for.  If it didn't work, he would return, no charge.  His treatment mostly worked, but there were a few ants, likely due to all the rain.  he came back, no problem, to do a second treatment to fix the problem.  He owns his own business and focused on fixing the problem vs. charging for various treatments.

In the past, Dominion rid my house of centipedes in one visit, and I'm confident that the garage will soon be rodent-free and remain so for at least a full year.

Aaron was great. He was one time. He was professional. He assessed the situation. Immediately addressed it and fixed it. I have not had a problem since he left. This is the third time I have used him for 3 different issues at 3 different building I own in the last 6 months. He will get all my business.

Fantastic. Brad inspected every inch of our basement and the crawl space under our porch to be sure he found any possible entry point. He solved the problem without poisons. I just recommended him to a friend, which prompted me to finally post this review.

It all went very well. Aaron soon returned my voicemail message, and we set an appointment for him to come and spray the entire house to eliminate the centipedes that I complained about. He arrived promptly on time, set to work, and soon finished spraying the house. He is very professional and pleasant, and impressed me as being very competent and knowledgeable. If centipedes invade my house again next spring, I'll certainly call him.

I love working with Aaron/Dominion. Aaron is super friendly and very professional - great to talk to. He uses products that are safe for my pets and kids and always takes him time to make sure that all necessary areas are addressed.
I have had Aaron come out every spring now for 3 years and would recommend him/Dominion to anyone - last year when the ants reappeared in a completely different area of my house he came back out and sprayed again for no extra charge. Would recommend him/them to anyone.

This is the fourth time we have used Dominion. We are always so happy with the results and the service. In fact, we have recommended Dominion to friends who have had silverfish or spiders in their homes. Everyone has been so happy with their professionalism and the fact that the bugs are gone:)

It went wonderfully. They treated our home, inside and outside for ants. We had some praying mantis egg pods on a bush that we did not want harmed and they were careful to avoid them.

I actually just called him today to come back out. He was a little late. He was only a couple of minutes late.

It went very well - Aaron (Dominion's certified pest control technician) is very thorough with the initial inspection and treatments and he answers all questions and concerns. This is a small family business, not a large corporation and they are very busy at times so please be patient - they will get back to you within 24 hours. I have never had a problem with a response and they came out almost immediately when I called them in a panic. Unlike Terminex, they will not try to sell you services that you don't need but rely on word of mouth for additional business. I have been very satisfied with their services so far and I would recommend them based on reasonable price and thoroughness. My tenants were worried about the thoroughness of the company I had hired, but I feel confident that their minor infestation (good to catch it when it is just starting) was handled in the proper manner. I am still having the service done on a monthly basis to prevent the bedbugs from coming back. The bottoms of the mattresses are thoroughly inspected and all the possible hiding places are sprayed. Baseboards and high moldings are done also. Any technical information that you need answered about the chemicals is explained. The bedrooms were thoroughly treated as well as the living room vicinity where the bugs were first seen.

These guys are great. This is the third time we have used them and they are always responsive. We have a unit that requires annual service to rid our place of spiders and the ugly centipede looking bugs. After they come I never see any bugs! They are always helpful and on time. ThanksAbbie

They offer great service.

We usually use them in the summer and he is very good. I asked them to come and take a look at from where the bees were coming in. The job went okay. We also had some mice. I don't remember if he solved the bee problem but he has done other things for us which went well.

The technician was about half-hour late; he called me right after I called the office to inquire if he was still coming (he was held up at the previous site). He performed a thorough inspection with enthusiasm and humor, and discovered the nest in the parkway (I was surprised at how far it was from the building). He then sprayed the nest and around the first floor apartment (which I didn't observe). He said to call and they would provide a followup visit at no additional charge if there was still a problem after a week or so. Three weeks later, the ants appear to be gone.

They give good customer service and are prompt with appointments. They are careful and overly attentive to make sure that they don’t disrupt anything. They are really good all around.

All went well--the creepy crawlies are gone. Dominion was prompt, detail oriented and affordable. Will definitely hire them again.
