Remodeling went slow in 2017. Our bathroom faucet that was new and relatively expensive had a part that needed to be replaced twice . The issue was our sump pump. The back up sump pump was replaced at that time also. Recently, we had issues with our sump pump and needed it replaced. It was replaced and there was an issue with the back up too. We were told that it would be investigated. This is 2 months now and we called the manufacturer and was notified that the back up sump pump installed in 2017 was made in 2006 and no parts are made for it anymore. We contacted Dominic with no response. Makes you wonder if he used a used pump. How old is everything else he used? Very disappointed as he came highly recommended

Overall, I'm happy with the work Dominic and his crew performed. He handled permitting and inspection by the Village.
We took some of his aesthetic suggestions, which didn't add much to the bill. The crew was friendly, punctual and cleaned up as much as possible each night. They even dealt with my escape artist dog, who was supposed I tried to keep out of their way but somehow managed to break through his blockade daily.
A couple down sides:

A couple down sides:
- After 2 weeks on the job, they were rushing to finish late on a Friday evening. The final touches, the paint job, is a bit sloppy in many places -- paint on my wood floors, uneven lines with the ceiling, smudges here and there.
- Timing. Get on Dominic's calendar early. He put off our approximate start date in the contract by over a month.

They've been very good. We have been using him for over 20 years. We are very pleased with him. With some of the things, he's had good ideas. He's had good inputs on work to be done. He is reliable and I think his work is pretty good quality. I never really had an issue with his work.

Dominic's Quality Home Improvement worked on my house for quite awhile. He is very good. There was not a drop out of place after he painted. My porch looks like it always did, but he updated it so instead of having wood he used no maintenance stuff. He did a great job cleaning and staining my porch. He did a very good job. Everything was neat and not a drop out of place. His price was reasonable. I wouldn't have hired him if he wasn't reasonable. I would use him again and did try to, but he didn't do what I needed done.
