Given the difficulty in dealing with vacant properties, unsecured repossessed bank owned properties and access to REO properties, it was refreshing to work with a firm that was not only attentive but knowledgeable about the management of bank-owned properties. Not only was Adam and his firm, attentive and knowledgeable, but he was always prompt and customer oriented. A welcome change in an industry where many agents don't bother returning a phone call!
