Do It Right The 1st Time Cleaning Services

After calling and getting a quote and invoice they did not preform the services they billed me for and refuse to adjust the invoice. Also, they brought two people and one seemingly did not clean appropriately (the bathroom and room they handled were still very dirty). Far from done right the first time.

Teresa, Cory, James, and Adrian were all very friendly, prompt, professional, and diligent. I would recommend them. This was a full MOVE OUT clean. I sold my condo in the city and they came in and cleaned it top to bottom, shampooing the carpet, and making it move in ready for the new owners.

From my initial inquiry through to completion of the job, the Do It Right folks handled our housecleaning very professionally. I was amazed when a crew of 5 showed up at our door. They are all either related or belong to the same church, so the whole experience was like getting to know a friendly, hard-working family. My only complaint was with a cleaning product they used that had an overly-strong lemon-y smell, which I’ll speak to them about next time. Will hire again.
