 + 0 moreThe owner Damian is a nice guy but I think he is a very poor time and project manager. He also has a difficult time keeping his word and setting an expectation he can live up to. I first discussed my project with him during the summer of 2020 and even though the scope of the project changed over time, he kept telling me he still wanted the job and gave me start dates that never materialized. It’s very frustrating when dates come and go without even a phone call with an explanation. During my last conversation with him, May of 2021, he was going to refer me to someone else to do the job and he couldn't even do that by the date promised. I wasted almost a year with this company. Damian is a laid-back guy with a likable personality however that only goes so far if he can't keep his word.
Description of Work: Remove a fireplace, remove an exterior door and add a new exterior door.
