It went very well. The communication, mostly through e-mail, went effortlessly. Wanda Kelly was able to give us a quote within 7 days of contacting her, and after agreeing to their policy proposal, was able to insure our building within two weeks. When Ms. Kelly was out of the office, another associate, Dawn Perduto, was able to continue with the proposal process seamlessly.
