It was wonderful and absolutely wonderful from start to finish and follow-up. Many thanks Direct Improvements ,LLC, TJ and Charles. From initial call to accepting the proposal installation and follow-up where done with professionalism and integrity. And fyi, I called another local business. and was told I must make appointment for sales pitch to our wait window. Direct Improvements installed my air conditioning in record heat two days before the other sales pitch was scheduled. Direct Improvements, LLC is a reliable company to handle your home improvements. Everything went well. This company is very reliable and personable. Whenever I had experienced a glitch, they were there the same or next day. Very friendly and caring. Mr. Hunter makes sure that you're satisfied and has checked on me within a few days after his service to make sure I'm good. I truly appreciate that and highly recommend his company.
