Dionicio Gutierrez

Terrible experience. Their crews messed up because the business owner Dionicio Gutierrez (Dio) was not present when the job started. They sanded areas that were not part of the scope. Instead of restoring the mistake to the way it was, which is what we offered, Dio decided to go to the next job and leave our house with partially sanded floors. He does not respond to calls to return and complete any work per the agreement. Dio is a poor communicator with his own crews and very unprofessional about handling his own mistake. Not a credible business.

Dionicio, arrived early and began immediately.  He helped me move the remaining items off the floor (that was a huge help!).  The process started at 8:00 am and by 1:00 pm the following day, we were allowed back in.  The floors looked amazing (please see attached pictures if you don't believe me)!!  They were originally a Dark Walnut with a matte finish, but are now Royal Mahogany with a semi-gloss finish.  I was so impressed with the quality of the work, Dionicio not only used a dust-less process, but he was also cognizant of the kitchen cabinets.  Not a scratch on them!  That's unheard of when refinishing the floors.  I highly recommend Dionicio Gutierrez .  If you need your floors done please give him a call.
