DILEMMA INTERIOR DESIGNS

We couldn't have asked for a better experience. It started with Andrew being referred by our appliance dealer to install the appliances we'd purchased. It was supposed to be a simple job. It was for the refrigerator and dishwasher. But the vent behind the microwave was already cut and it was impossible to find where it vented to the outside. Andrew had a variety of ways to try to trace it and finally found the outlet under part of our house. All with our permission, he removed cabinet moulding, drilled into the basement ceiling, crawled under the house.We had had a quote from another contractor to vent of $8000. Andrew charged $600 for all the work he did and it vents perfectly. When it came time for the range to be pushed in after the gas was connected, the opening was 5/8 inch too small from a previous range. Because of Andrew's kitchen and bath renovation background, he was able to come with a stone cutter the next day and cut the opening of our beautiful granite countertop wider. I was really nervous but he was really careful and worked slowly. He tried to isolate the dust as much as possible. He did a fantastic job. We are so happy that we had him as the installation person as I think I would still be searching for others to get us out of the unexpected problems we encountered with the installations. I also think that with our high end needs (our appliances were Wolf, Viking, Bosch, Samsung), he was careful, knowledgable, and creative in problem-solving.
