I had a small leak which was occurring at the main shut-off valve of my home. I called DiFoggio and they were able to send someone out that day. The plumber arrived within 30 minutes of the time I requested and was able to fix the problem within a few minutes by simply tightening a nut near the valve. Because the fix was so simple, and my home was near their business, I was not charged. The person on the phone and the plumber that showed up at my house were both very professional. I will definitely use them for any plumbing issues I have in the future.

I have used them for years. In order to install the water heater, they had to pull out the washer and dryer and carefully work with old plumbing. They did an excellent job. They had the right equipment and they did the job well.

WHEN THE FLOOD OCCURRED, I CALLED ANGIE'S LIST. NONE OF THE REFERRED CONTRACTORS COULD OR WOULD COME TO MY HOME ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF CHICAGO. I CALLED THE PLUMBERS UNION AND THEY REFERRED ME TO DIFOGGIO AND ANOTHER COMPANY. DIFOGGIO MADE SPECIAL ARRANGEMENTS TO COME OUT. IT WAS A BIG MESSY JOB, BUT 2 MEN WORKED AND COMPLETED IT IN ONE LONG DAY.
